Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m a UX designer living in Seattle, WA.  I have a background in graphic and web design and I love projects that integrate  design thinking from multiple disciplines.

I strive to design applications that are intuitive and fun to use.  To me the most successful products are the ones that take only a short time to learn but have long-term enjoyability value.  In my current position I design UI/UX for an enterprise level database management application.  I find enterprise app design especially fun due to the unique challenges of accommodating user preferences, business objectives, and complex project requirements.

I like working directly with clients and finding creative ways to solve their problems.  Nothing gives me more joy than their excitement when they see what I’ve created for them in action.

Outside of work I run a small business with my fiancee making sculpted masks, armor and custom clothing.
